How to Application

Ideal for a wide range of residential and commercial furniture applications, including kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, Storage Rack, TV Cabinet, Bathroom cabinet.

Marking the Boring Point

Measure and mark the center point for the hinge cup on the cabinet door (standard 35mm diameter), ensuring the correct distance.

Boring the Cup Hole

Use a forstner bit to drill the hole. Maintain the precise depth required for the hinge cup to ensure it doesn't pierce the front face door.

Hinge Cup Mounting

Insert the hinge cup into the drilled hole, ensure it is perfectly perpendicular to the door edge, and secure it firmly with screws.

Installing the Mounting

Secure the mounting plate onto the side panel of the cabinet interior, aligning it with the height of the door hinges.
