PRECAUTION
HARSH CHEMICALS
Avoid using harsh alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, thinner, acetone, or other abrasive chemicals as they may damage the flooring surface. Use only recommended pH-neutral floor cleaners.
EXCESSIVE WATER
Do not use excessively wet mops or leave standing water on the floor for long periods, as it may affect the locking system and cause mold beneath the flooring.
SHARP / ABRASIVE OBJECT
Avoid using wire brushes, rough scrub pads, or sharp objects that may scratch or damage the flooring surface.
FURNITURE IMPACT
Use furniture pads under chairs, tables, and other heavy furniture to prevent scratches and surface damage caused by movement.
DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure as it may cause gradual color fading. Use curtains or UV protection film when necessary.
CLEANING PROCESS
BROOM / VACUUM
Clean dust and dirt regularly using a broom, vacuum cleaner, or dry microfiber cloth.
DAMP MOP / MICROFIBER CLOTH
Use a damp mop or microfiber cloth that has been well wrung out before cleaning the floor.
NEUTRAL FLOOR CLEANER
For light to stubborn stains, use a pH-neutral floor cleaner and wipe gently with a soft cloth or microfiber mop.
DRY IMMEDIATELY
After cleaning, ensure the flooring surface is dry and free from standing water.
